Returning or Exchanging an item

Au Vodka Ltd will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The items must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the order to us.
